Thanks for setting up my network printer. You had asked me to give you the model number to my monitor that’s not displaying properly. It’s a Gateway FPD1975W. I will be happy if I can get this fixed!

If I recall correctly the error was due to a driver problem. No disk seems to have been provided by the manufacturer and you are using a Generic Display Driver thus not getting widescreen aspect ratio and max resolution of 1280×1024. I will research this for you and post back any potential solution I come up with.
